Lady and the Bloom Bar both deliver the bouquet-building experience. We’ll help you choose the format that fits your location, participation plans, and event schedule.
The Bloom Bar
A flower-filled setup that works indoors or outdoors, from a student center to a campus courtyard. Guests gather around the bar to choose flowers and create their bouquets.
Lady, our vintage flower truck
Our 1968 Volkswagen brings the same experience to a suitable outdoor space, with Lady as part of the occasion. We’ll plan for vehicle access, weather, and room for guests to gather.

Planning & pricing
Start with the campus event you have in mind.
Share your date, location, estimated participation, and budget. We’ll put together a proposal for your Wildflower experience, including flowers, setup, guest support, and teardown. Your quote will reflect the bouquet count, floral selection, staffing, travel, and any agreed custom details or applicable fees.
What if we don’t know how many students will attend?
An estimate is enough to start. We’ll discuss how many bouquets you’d like to offer, when guests are likely to arrive, and how the setup fits your event schedule.
Can the university cover the experience for students?
Yes. We can plan a university-funded Wildflower experience with an agreed number of bouquets, so students can participate at no cost to them.
Can the Bloom Bar be set up indoors or outdoors?
Yes. The Bloom Bar works in suitable indoor or outdoor spaces. Share the location you have in mind, and we’ll discuss space, access, and weather plans where needed.
Can you match our school colors?
Tell us the colors you have in mind. We’ll discuss floral options based on seasonal availability and any selected details you’d like included in the proposal.
What do you need to know about the venue?
Share the setup location, whether it’s indoors or outdoors, and any loading, parking, or access requirements. If you’d like Lady, we’ll also discuss vehicle access and weather plans.
Where do you travel?
We serve campuses across New England. Include your campus location so we can account for travel in your proposal.
