Lady and the Bloom Bar are two ways to bring a Wildflower experience to your event. We’ll help you choose the format that fits your venue and guests.
The Bloom Bar
A flower-filled setup at your office or event venue, indoors or outdoors. Guests gather around the bar to choose their stems and build bouquets.
Lady, our vintage flower truck
Our 1968 Volkswagen brings the same bouquet-building experience to a suitable outdoor space, with Lady’s charm as part of the setting.
Share your setup location, and we’ll discuss space, access, and weather plans where needed.
What we handle
You bring the team together. We handle the flowers.

Pricing & details
A proposal built around your event.
Bloom Bar experiences start at $1,500. Experiences with Lady start at $1,800.
Your proposal includes the flowers, setup, guest support, and teardown. Final pricing reflects bouquet count, floral selection, staffing, travel, timing, and any agreed custom details or applicable fees.
Can the Bloom Bar be set up indoors or outdoors?
Yes. The Bloom Bar works in suitable indoor or outdoor spaces at your office or event venue.
What if we don’t know our final guest count?
An estimate is enough to start. We’ll discuss how many people you expect to participate and how many bouquets you’d like to offer.
Can our company cover the experience for guests?
Yes. We can plan a company-funded Wildflower experience with an agreed number of bouquets, so employees or clients can participate at no cost to them.
Where do you travel?
We serve New England. Include your event location so we can account for travel in your proposal.
How do we choose between the Bloom Bar and Lady?
Tell us about your venue, occasion, and participation plans. We’ll recommend the setup that fits your space, including vehicle access and weather considerations for Lady.
